There's no 'mp_win_limit' nor 'sv_maxrounds' / 'max_wins' in the console command. When playing offline with both it is always limited to 8 wins.
Is there a way or a console command to change this?

there are commands (cvars) that does this.
Your
sv_maxrounds 'x' is actually mp_maxrounds 'x' - x being the amount of rounds you'd like.
There's also some other time-related cvars such as:
Commands For Cs Go
. and so on. For more commands you could visit one of the following sites:

If you’re not using console commands in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, you’re not making the most of one of the world’s most popular esports.
The PC platform allows more personalization options compared to console FPS games like Battlefield, Call of Duty, and Halo. Console commands are in-game commands you can use to add, tweak and replace in-game stuff like different mini-maps; additional information concerning your ping and tons more.
To use these, you’ll need to open up the command console. Press the “ ` “ key on your keyboard while in-game or on the CS:GO home screen. If nothing happens, go to your game settings and check the “enable developer console” box. Once the console is open, type in one of any of these commands.
net_graph 1
This is the most useful command you’ll find in this list. Rar password recovery 1.1 rc17 registration code. It allows you to see a ton of information concerning your FPS (frames per second), ping, the tick rate of the server and more.
Enter “net_graph 1” into the console and you should see the information appear at the bottom right of your screen.
Cs Go Headshot Only Commandfps_max 0
This command will help you maximize your frames per second. This will take away the restriction on your FPS, allowing you to reach the highest amount possible on your current PC.
After typing in the command “fps_max 0” to your console, you should see a difference in your FPS instantly. Hopefully, you can gather up those pesky frames you were missing and crush those toxic enemies.
cl_radar_always_centered
You’ll find useful in-game. The radar can sometimes be misleading, you could see the red dot show up firing on the edge of the circle but they could be just around the corner or the other side of the map. This command will center the radar so you can see all of the maps. It will take a little getting used to, but it’s worth it.
cl_use_opens_buy_menu 0
Have you ever gone to pick up a weapon off the ground in spawn and opened up your buy menu? This helpful command will prevent your “use” key (mine is E) from opening up the buy menu but, it will still allow you to pick up the weapon.
So say goodbye to running out of spawn with the buy menu up and stumbling over the AK on the floor and cruise forward to your inevitable victory.
+cl_show_team_equipment
One of the newest console commands to be added in a recent update, this allows you to see your teammates weaponry and utility loadout above their heads, putting an end to that frantic search for a teammate who has a flashbang. Here’s what it looks like in-game.
voice_scale 0.3
This will help you counteract those noisy teammates or toxic deathmatch players who scream at everyone who try to be sociable. It lowers the voices of those in your lobby to a suitable level so that they can still be heard and it is not too loud that you can’t hear your game.
sv_cheats 1
The owner of the server gains power to allow any users within their server to activate almost any client-sided or server-sided console command they please. Think of it like you’re about to open Pandora’s box.
sv_showimpacts 1
This command allows you to see where your bullets go client-side (red) and where the bullets actually land server-side (blue). It can only be executed in offline servers or servers with sv_cheats 1 enabled.
sv_grenade_trajectory 1 and sv_grenade_trajectory_time 10
It’s like sv_showimpacts 1, but with your grenades instead. It’s good for grenade practice for executing pop-flashes, smoke directionality, and general grenade physics.
cl_drawonlydeathnotices 1
For the frag movie-makers out there, this one turns off the heads-up display (HUD) and shows only victims’ aliases in your clips.
r_drawtracers_firstperson 0
This hidden nugget turns off the client-side bullet tracers from weapons such as the M4A4 and AK-47.
spec_show_xray 1
While watching demos, player model movements can be observed through multiple walls to view player behaviorisms. It’s mostly useful for viewing cases in the Overwatch system to convict wallhackers.
cl_show_team_equipment
You can view what utility your teammates have for more efficient and more situational teamwork without having to ask, “What grenades do you have?”
voice_enable 0
This one’s a personal favorite. It mutes all of your annoying teammates who won’t stop talking during momentum-changing clutch situations.
demoui
This command brings up a small rectangular interface for demo-watching. It’s good for speeding up viewing, slowing down highlights, and manually loading demo files directly in your computer from third-party server hosts, such as FACEIT or ESEA.
god
You’re given “god mode.” You can’t be killed and you will not take damage from other players. It also requires sv_cheats 1.
noclip
It’s like god mode, but instead of not dying, you can go through walls, roofs, and the map skybox only if sv_cheats 1 is enabled.
kill
This one makes your player commit suicide, but only with sv_cheats 1 on.
exec
Exec is great for enabling private server configurations (.cfg files for practice, one-on-ones, etc.) that you can create or download from third-party websites. Make sure you download configs from safe and trusted sites. More on exec files here.
disconnect
You can immediately leave any server without needing the extra clicks in the ESC menu.
quit
This command closes your game entirely. Additionally, the “type quit smoking in console” joke told by trolls does the same exact thing, so don’t fall for that trick.
These commands won’t make you the next coldzera, but they might help you with the little things that really bother you over time.

New to Counter Strike: Global Offensive and struggling with improving your aim? Here's 5 great tips that might be able clue newcomers in to things that aren't covered by the in-game weapons course.
#1: Invest in a Good Mouse and Set It Low
CS:GO is a game where having a quality mouse is essential. Precision shots and quick mouse swipes can be ruined by a crappy mouse that has poor tracking or that sometimes skips across the screen. Here are a few of the top mice used for CS:GO:
Mouse DPI/Sensitivity SettingsCs Go Headshot Only Command Download
When it comes to mouse DPI and sensitivity settings, stay low! Pretty much all serious CS:GO players have an in-game sensitivity lower than 3 and play with a mouse DPI of 400.
Start out by setting your mouse's DPI to 400 and then use this great tutorial to find the right in-game sensitivity for you.
Also keep in mind that playing at a low sensitivity can take a bit of time to get used to as it did for me, but rest assured that once you become accustomed it really will pay off.
#2: Get a Mouse Pad the Size of Nebraska
Fig 1. - A visual comparison.
Alright, so maybe not as big as Nebraska, but you get the point. All top CS:GO players use unusually large mouse pads. Why? The idea behind this one is that a large mouse pad, coupled with a low DPI/sensitivity, gives you a bigger area to move and place your mouse in turn allowing you to have more precision with your crosshair in an easier fashion.
Here is a few of the top mouse pads used for CS:GO:
#3: Start Shooting at WallsCan your spray make tight bullet groupings like this?
This may sound silly, but spraying at a wall is the best way to practice and keep tabs on your recoil control. Every gun in CS:GO has a unique recoil pattern that should be learned and ingrained into your muscle memory. The two important patterns to learn are the M4 patterns and the AK-47 pattern. Here is a great video put out by friberg demonstrating those patterns and how to practice them on a wall.
When I started getting serious about my skills I spent a great deal of time during warmup rounds and deathmatches shooting at walls, practicing my spray. It made a huge difference for me and I truly believe it could make a huge difference for you too.
#4: Practice The Right Way
When it comes to practicing your aim, playing competitive matches can be beneficial. What is even more beneficial, and will produce results far faster than matches, is using practice methods such as bot execs, deathmatch, and aim training maps.
If you are new to CS:GO and combine these practice methods with the other tips I've talked about in this article, you should start seeing results at a much faster rate. Also remember that most top players spend hours every week practicing and keeping their aim on point through these same methods.
Bot Executables
If you are new to CS:GO this might be your best place to start working on your marksmanship. A bot executable is a config that you place into your Steam CS:GO files. Then when you're in an 'Offline with Bots' game, you type a command into the console and it'll set up the game for you. It loads 12 or so enemy bots into the game that have no guns, don't fight back, and respawn constantly. The idea is to run around shooting at these passive bots, practicing your aim, your reactions, your accuracy, and your spray control.
Bot executables will help you get a really good feel for shooting in CS:GO. If you spend an hour or so doing this and then jump into an online game, shooting at the enemies should feel a bit more like second nature.
Here is a good guide for setting up your own bot executable.
#5: Keep on Practicing
I put practicing into two different tips to help get the point acrosst of how important practicing is! Here are more good ways for you to practice:
Aim Training Maps
Aim training maps are a fun way for beginners to practice as they can keep track of things like your speed and accuracy and also can be played alot of different ways. For example this map, training_aim_csgo, has a mode where green dots will appear at random locations on the wall. You have only a few seconds to shoot the dots before they disapear and it keeps track of how many dots you hit in a set amount of time. It's kind of like playing whack-a-mole, but in CS:GO!
Deathmatch Servers
Deathmatch is the most popular and competitive way to practice your aim. I'd recommend staying away from deathmatch servers until you feel you have solid shooting skills, because they can be fairly frustrating if you don't do well. Getting wrecked in deathmatch may hamper your CS:GO experience and deter you from playing the game altogether.
As far as deathmatch servers go, there's the standard free-for-all/team deathmatch servers. Most standard deathmatch servers stay primarily on de_dust2 (a staple in CS:GO map pool).
Also there is aim map deathmatch servers that rotate between maps like aim_usp and aim_ak-colt and allow you to focus more on long-range shooting and controlling your rifle at a distance.
Another type of deathmatch server is the headshot-only deathmatch server. The headshot-only server is the same as regular deathmatch, except that the only way to damage an opponent is by shooting them in the head. This forces you to focus and practice your headshots. Headshot-only is a type of server I'd definitely recommend staying away from until you have solid shooting skills, as it is can be very tough, especially for new players.
